Print & Screenshot DLP Tests
Print to Physical Printer
Attempt to print to a physical printer. DLP should detect sensitive content in the print job and create an incident or block.
Print to PDF
Use "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF". DLP should detect this as a data exfiltration vector.
Screen Capture
Try PrtSc, Snipping Tool, or third-party screenshot tools. Endpoint DLP can detect and block screen captures.
Virtual Printer
Test with virtual printers like OneNote, XPS Writer. DLP should treat these the same as physical printers.
